Company Background

C.A.R.L. Communications Ltd is a highly acclaimed residential lettings and property management software package, introduced to the market in 1997.

The system was the brainchild of Mark Quigley a member of the National Association of Estate Agents, who left a career as a Lettings Manager with a vision. The vision became reality when he joined forces with programmer and company partner, Peter Briggs, to develop a software package that streamlined the entire residential lettings and management process. The project was designed for a particular letting agency, however the system created immense attention and interest and soon C.A.R.L. became a leader in its field of expertise.

The ethos of C.A.R.L. is to approach property management from the agent and landlord prospective, to offer second to none post sale services, and ensure our clients stay one step ahead of competition.
