Our Advanced Account Training starts with an intensive on-site consultation in which we examine all aspects of client account management, your internal processes and the options available within C.A.R.L. During the day we will develop a bespoke schedule aimed at achieving and maintaining ongoing pro-active account management. Following the day on-site, we will then provide ongoing telephone/VNC support and oversight to help ensure progress.
